Each Rove center offers 40 ultra-fast EV chargers compatible with 28 NACS, 12 CCS and 2 CHAdeMo plugs.

Live charger status is available in the Rove app. Download in the App Store or Android Play for free.

Visit RoveCharging.com/Centers or the Locations tab in the Rove App to find your closet center. Our full-service centers are also listed on most major charging directories like Google Maps, PlugShare and Apple Maps.

There are two ways to start a charge.

1) USE THE CHARGER

• Find an available charger with the plug you need. Our charging stations have CCS, CHAdeMo, and NACS chargers available.

• Plug the connector into the car. There should be a click when your car is fully connected.

• Tap your debit, credit, or contactless payment of choice against the payment terminal located on the front of the charger.

• We will pre-authorize $50 to cover your charge, which will be released once your session is complete.

• Wait for the connector to lock into your vehicle and the charging session to begin. (Note: You may hear a clicking and whirring noise. That means it’s working.)

• Grab a coffee and relax in the Rove lounge.

2) USE THE ROVE APP

• Open the Rove app once you’ve found an available charger.

• Scan the QR code located next to the appropriate plug. (Note: You can also manually pair if you prefer.)

• Plug the connector into the car. We have CCS, CHAdeMo, and NACS plugs available.

• Plug the connector into the car. There should be a click when your car is fully connected. Wait for the app to confirm that your car and plug have paired.

• Add any additional services to your cart.

• Confirm your preferred payment and click “Authorize.”

• Wait for the charger to power up. The App will tell you when your charge has begun.

• Monitor your charge via the app while you sit back and enjoy yourself.

Your car will automatically end your session when you reach a full charge. As a courtesy to other drivers, please monitor your charge closely to make room for other EVs.

AT THE CHARGER

• Press “STOP CHARGE” on the charger screen to end the session at any point.

• Scan the QR code on the credit card terminal for your receipt.

IN THE APP

• Navigate to the “Charging” tab in the Rove app and press “STOP CHARGING.”

• Your receipt will be emailed to you and is available anytime in your Charging History.

Every Rove charger and car wash has contactless payment.

To pay, tap your contactless card or device against the payment terminal. We accept most forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
